Procedures for internal pilgrims require:

Procedures of pilgrims (abroad)
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah adopts a methodology based on transparency and facilitating the procedures of pilgrims through the following:
– The procedures start by signing agreements of Hajj arrangements between the delegations of the State and the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which include many conditions and controls and specify the rights and duties of each party clearly and transparently.
– Processing the electronic route system for pilgrims abroad, to qualify and register service providers in the Kingdom – Housing, transport, subsistence, services of institutions of the heads of communities
– Implementation of mandatory contracts of accommodation, subsistence, transportation and others, among the representatives of pilgrims (Hajj Affairs offices and tourism companies) with service providers and quality control performance
– After completing the contracts, the pilgrims’ data will be entered and communicated to the concerned authorities to issue the Hajj visas
– The Ministry will then supervise and follow up on the services provided to the pilgrims according to the contracts concluded since the pilgrims arrived at the entry points in the Kingdom and the curve of their departure.
